From the owner

The villa is placed in a plot of 4000 sq.m. and it is located at Sivota, in Lefkada island, Greece. The villa consists of 2 floor of approx. 45m2 which are connected with internal staircase.

The first floor contains a kitchen with and a second bathroom which caters to the visitors.

The living room has stunning views from inside of Ithaca and Cephalonia on the southeast and the Harbor on the West. The couch is ideally located to catch the panoramic views from the large windows.

A wooden deck porch leads to a large 6X9 infinity swimming pool. The lawn around the pool is the perfect setting for lounging around, playing and catching some sun.

The villas also have a large flatscreen TV, WiFi, air conditioning and large terraces. The villas include fully equipped kitchens from which you can cook the freshly cut produce while enjoying the view of the sunset, the sea and the islands.

Aktion Airport is located 20 km from the property. An array of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found at a distance of 1 km. Less than 100 meters from the seafront overlooking the entrance and the sailing boats entering and exiting Syvotas Bay

    If The Dynasty Villas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
