From the owner

Panoramic views of the sea and mountains, and a beautiful secluded beach below, make this is an ideal rural getaway. Situated in a lush, semi-wild garden, 3 self-catering and fully equipped apartments suitable for couples or families. Shops, restaurants and bars are located in the town of Skala, 2 kms (3 miles) away.

The apartments range in size and capacity. The smallest is a studio while the largest, a 3 bedroom duplex:

APT. 1 is a 50 sq.meter studio with a kitchen, and a private veranda with a sea view. It's great for couples, but can also host a family of 4.

APT. 2 is 65 sq. meters and can host up to 5 guests. It consists of a main room with a kitchen, sitting area and a queen size bed. There is also a separate bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. Includes a private veranda with a sea view.

APT. 3 is the largest apartment and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It is 100 sq. meters and consists of two floors, a kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Crib, baby chair and beach towels are available upon request. The apartments have linens, bath towels and soap. They are self-catering, but cleaning service is available for an additional cleaning fee.

We are a registered business with the Greek Board of Tourism.

Why can't I call Chloe (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chloe (the owner) a message.

If Chloe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
