From the owner

spacious 36ft x 12ft caravan sited at Northshore Holiday Park, Skegness. Main bedroom en-suite with large fitted wardrobes, second twin bedroom again with fitted wardrobes. Kitchen fully fitted with all mod-cons including Dolce gusto coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Lounge has large 36 inch freeview television with dvd and cd player. Selection of CD's and DVD's for use whilst staying. Large gated decking area with rattan furniture on front and dining table and chairs at side for alfresco dining. Site is close to Skegness town and 5 minute walk to beach.

There is an on site club house serving food and drinks with entertainment most evenings (bingo and live acts), onsite shop, launderette, golf course, there are childrens adventure play areas on site, pitch and putt and a tennis court.

The Northshore Golf Club is also located over the road for the serious golf lovers.

Bedding can be supplied at £20 per stay

Excellent caravan . Very clean and comfortable . Very good site and quite will definately use again. Only a short walk to skeggy , plenty of amenites on site

Why can't I call Steve (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
