A private apartment in the center of Skopelos town with your own garden

A tastefully decorated apartment, of two well separated rooms, located in the very centre of Skopelos town, less than 100 m from the sea front and harbour. Ideal for individual people, who would like to be in a convenient and cool location in the town, close to amenities, shops and waterfront, independent of any transport. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the premises.

Providing the rare combination of being in the heart of the centre but in a quiet vicinity as well, it is ideal for those who do not like to climb steep steps to find a convenient accommodation.

Hiding a secret garden behind its walls, with flowers and a small pond, guests can enjoy their home made meals or sunbathe in that small oasis.

In any case, since we live upstairs we are willing to answer any question and help as much as we can.

SITTING ROOM

Separate living / kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, cupboards, fridge, sink, cooking rings, mini oven, cooker-hood, electric kettle and extras, such as mosquito plug in appliances, books, etc. A wide built-in sofa can be converted into a bed for a third person or two children.

BEDROOM

The well separated bedroom has double bed with comfortable latex mattress, wooden fitted wardrobe, dressing table and ceiling fan. The small, full tiled bathroom, on the hallway between the two rooms, comprises half bath with shower facility, basin and wc.

PATIO

French door from sitting room leads out to a covered patio into the garden. This lovely and cool area, with long chestnut table, comfortable chairs and fixed seating, is the place where our guests spend most of their time, reading, dining or just relaxing. The patio as well as the garden are totally private.

CONDITIONS

You are welcome to stay in a private home 'away from home', relax and enjoy your vacation. Prior to completing your booking you'll be asked to agree on below rules, otherwise our property might not suit your requirements

- Person who makes the reservation is not allowed to be unregistered. To comply with Greek law I'll need your passport number (or ID for EU citizens) right after your booking will be confirmed and prior to arrival.

- We do not allow any overnight guests who are not booked using this platform. For extra guests above two, there is a standard charge per person, per night.

- After your reservation has been confirmed, alteration request for less days will not be acceptable.

- You're welcome to request an early check in or late check out, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.

- We always meet our guests to exchange the key and show them to the house. Therefore, we need to know your travel details (arrival and departure time) so we can tune our schedules accordingly.

- Smoking is permitted in all exterior areas, but not inside the rooms.

- Pond is unfenced and parents should be prepared to keep small children under constant supervision. Do not feed terrapin, neither pond fish.

Person who makes the reservation undertakes to report of any damage or loss, and to pay for such damage or loss. Inform me immediately on any problem that may arise, so I can sort it out asap. Don't assume you know what’s best for it.

The client should leave the accommodation in good order and undertakes to inform us of any damage or loss during occupancy and to pay for such damage or loss.

Please, you should turn off all lights & appliances when not in use & when you leave the house. Same applies to AC, may be used only when you are at home. Keep doors and windows closed when it is on.
No eating or drinking in the bedroom. Sun cream, makeup or ink can permanently stain linen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
