This brand new unit features top-of-the-line furniture, appliances and finishes. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a great alternative for a full-service, high-end hotel for a family or small group of friends visiting Malta. The complex features a full-service pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, and amazing location close to tons of great restaurants, cafes, bars, public transportation, shopping and parking.

The apartment is brand new and features a spacious and bright open plan kithcen, dining and lounge area which opens up to the front terrace which is complete with outdoor furniture and sun loungers making it the ideal place to enjoy al-fresco dining.

The kitchen features an island and is fully equipped with all required appliances including a dishwasher while the dining table has a seating capacity of 6 persons. You'll also find a large comfy sofa with chaise-long and a 50″ Samsung Smart HD TV in the living area with lightning fast internet and cable TV.

This amazing apartment also features three bedrooms all with great views of Valletta, Manoel Island and Sliema. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, a private balcony with fantastic views and an en-suite facility. The second bedroom features a king size bed and a private balcony with amazing Valletta views. Bedroom number three comes with 2 single beds and also stunning views from the large window.

Whether for business, pleasure or sheer indulgence, this apartment combines luxury, comfort and independence for a truly memorable stay.

Guest Access

Communal Swimming Pool (Free and only available between the 1st of June and the 31st of October), Sunbeds and Umbrellas by the pool (Free), Underground parking (charges apply) and Walkways to Beach.

Get active and enjoy a workout in the fully equipped gym at the Fort Fitness club (charges apply) which includes an indoor running track, a boxing ring, beauty clinic and barber shop.

House Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the balcony.

- Linen is changed once every 7 days during lets of longer than 14 days. Before checking-out, guests are asked to ensure that all kitchen utensils, crockery, etc are left in a clean and proper state.

- Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request.

- Listed Prices include 25 Kwh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Eur 0.30/Kwh.

- For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a loading of Eur 50 over and above the total booking amount to cover cleaning costs.

- Check-in: after 15:00, Check-out: before 11:00

- A €35 fee applies for check-ins after 9:00pm

Hi Madam, Thanks for taking time to leave a review for us. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and you liked the cleanliness, location and of course the amazing views from our apartment! As you pointed out, there's a lot of construction going on in Malta but this apartment is on the 19th floor and it has double glazing windows so inconvenience is practically non-existent. I really appreciate your feedback regarding the non matching glasses and cups and we will make sure to replace those with matching ones. In terms of cutery, we provide sufficient cutlery for up to 8 persons but of course if you invited some family members over that must not have been enough. I would like to apologise for the issue with the A/C but as you pointed out we dealt with it immediately. Thanks for being good guests and we hope to see you again in the future!

Wir schätzen das Feedback unserer Gäste, wenn es echt und konstruktiv ist. Hätten Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts Probleme wie die Flecken auf dem Sofa angesprochen, hätten wir das Problem sofort behoben. Wenn wir diese Kommentare in einem Review belassen, können wir keine Probleme beheben. Allerdings sind einige der Kommentare in Ihrer Rezension nicht wahr. Bezüglich der Kommentare zu den Badezimmern weisen wir in unserer Anzeige eindeutig darauf hin, dass das Apartment mit einem Familienbadezimmer mit Badewanne, in dem Sie auch eine Dusche haben können, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Gäste-WC ausgestattet ist. Wir haben Partys von 6 Gästen und mehr seit mehreren Jahren veranstaltet und ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass es genug ist und alle Gäste waren glücklich. Wenn Sie denken, dass es zu wenig ist, sollten Sie vielleicht eine andere Unterkunft mit mehr Badezimmern gebucht haben. Es ist unfair, solche Kritik zu äußern, als es Ihre Entscheidung war, eine Wohnung mit 2,5 Badezimmern zu buchen. In Bezug auf die Bautätigkeit, die Sie erwähnen, gibt es überhaupt keine Unannehmlichkeiten von irgendeiner Baustelle. Die maltesische Wirtschaft boomt, und Sie werden sicherlich viele Bautätigkeiten in der Gegend von Sliema finden, aber diese Wohnung liegt hoch oben in der 19. Etage und es gibt keinerlei Unannehmlichkeiten. In Bezug auf die Moskitos haben wir Ihnen beim Check-in klar gesagt, dass Fenster und Fenstertüren geschlossen bleiben, da Moskitos oder andere Insekten hineinfliegen können. Das ist Ihre Verantwortung und wir können nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden, wenn Sie sie offen ließen und Moskitos einflogen !! Sie haben vergessen zu erwähnen, dass Sie diese Ausreden erhoben haben, um eine Entschädigung zu fordern und Geld für Ihre Unterkunft zu sparen. Glücklicherweise hat Tripadvisor das untersucht und zu meinen Gunsten entschieden, dass das, was Sie hier geschrieben haben, unsinnig ist. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
