Located in Qui-Si-Sana / Sliema the modern apartment is central to everything in Sliema - a great location! The apartment has 128,4 square meters ( 143 sqms with two balconies) and it has everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Malta.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite and the other with two single beds and a family bath. The apartment offers an exclusive and most modern air condition system, which keeps the rooms nice fresh in summertime and beautiful cosy warm in wintertime. (For the colder season we offer extra blankets , a hot-water bottle... too). For your baby we offer a travel cot -baby bed , baby bottle heater, high chair, toys ...

The stylish Italian kitchen is equipped with everything a household needs, e.g. dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker (capsule), kettle, toaster, mixer, hand mixer, food processor etc. .

The bathrooms are luxury styled and with shower; the family bathroom comes also with a bathtub . In every bedroom you`ll find a hairdryer and a make-up table with mirrors.

You will find it helpful to use the washing machine, clothes dryer, irony board, iron and clothes horse which you´ll find in the little utility room.

The location could not be better!

The rocky beaches with crystal clear water of Qui-Si-Sana and Tigne´are just 2 minutes food walk away.

Two main shopping areas- one of them is Malta´s largest and most fashionable shopping complex (The Point, at Tigne Point´) , a 24 hrs supermarket, great restaurants (Maltese,Italian, American, Mexican, Thai, Japanese ...), cozy pubs, great evening entertainment, water sports, boats to Gozo, Comino, day and night boat- and bus trips, ferry to Valletta, taxi stands, bus stops - all in up to 5 minutes walking distance to the apartment.

Even though the property is central to all amenities, at the same time it is away from the excessive noises and traffic of the city.

The apartment is located on the 5 th floor in the block of apartments. A new and modern lift transports to the apartment- or if you prefer, use the stairwell.

A car is not necessary. In case you prefer to explore the Islands of Malta by car, you park it safely and conveniently on the parking place belonging to the apartment in the garage of the house.

The property is fully equipped and furnished to very high and modern standards. The rooms ( living room/kitchen, two bedrooms) have floor to ceiling windows, so that you can enjoy lots of natural light. Both bedrooms and the very spacious kitchen/ living room have access to nice long balconies with some sea views. The living room balcony offers you a beautiful garden view and distance view on many nice spots of Malta, too. In summertime guests will love watching the various fireworks of different village feasts from the south balcony, enjoying a glass of tasteful Maltese wine.

We offer free WiFi !! Enjoy using the books, DVDs, magazines, kids games, ...!

Smoking is allowed on the balconies, but not inside the apartment !! Pets are not allowed.

We offer a complimentary service of stocking up your fridge for no additional costs other then the costs of your required shopping list.

A maid service is also available upon request. (fee required)

We offer airport transport to and from the apartment on request.(fee required)

Luqa International Airport is located 15 km south/west from Valletta. Distance to the airport from the apartment: 20 minutes by car.

Rental is secured with 50% deposit ideally payable through PayPal . A refundable deposit of BP 150 is payable on booking and will be refunded by bank transfer or PayPal after maximum of 15 days from the check out date.

Long lets also available, rates upon request from owner. Apartment is available for long term booking of 6 month period maximum with a monthly rate. Please do ask for a quote should you be interested.

How do damage deposits work?

If E. Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
