PARTY VENUE

I would like to just let you know that we have a rather...................picky neighbour who is just a fussy about unreasonable noise and will call the police if he thinks there is a party going down and request that the guests leave. So if you think that there will be drunken behaviour, singing, loud stuff and loud music in the apartment please choose another location for your party.

SMOKING

Likewise if you are a smoker and feel the need to smoke indoors, then we politely ask you to book a different apartment.

CONSTRUCTION

Finally, I would also like to explain that in Malta there is a lot of construction everywhere as you will see when you come. And although we only have fabulous reviews and no one has mentioned the construction work at the back of our apartment, I think it is always good to let guests know about it. Neither I, nor the guests who have come and stayed with us have found it to be a problem If you are not sure then do have a look at all the recent lovely reviews to give you some reassurance.

SELF CHECK-IN OR CHAUFFEUR

You have the choice of checking in to the apartment yourself or you can have the comfort and ease of having our chauffeur pick you up from the airport....for the same price as a taxi.

If you like the idea of being greeted by our chauffeur, he will have a board with your name on it as you arrive at the airport. Our guests can therefore have easy, comfortable transfers for the same cost as a taxi.

Our chauffeur will show you around your apartment, give you the keys and make sure you are happy before he leaves. This will give your holiday the best start as it makes everything easy and comfortable.

WONDERFUL OPTIONS IF YOU NEED AN EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT

Although you might be able to go straight to your apartment if you have an early flight on the day that you arrive or you might be able to have a late check out if you have an evening flight on your last day.. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Another option for you is to consider this...

The cost of our chauffeur to the apartment directly is E20 but if you have a little detour of 2 and a bit hours, seeing some FABULOUS sites, close to the airport, the ride will cost E50. I cannot recommend it more highly. Guests love it.

You will be taken to the Blue Grotto, Dingli Cliffs and Mdina, have a look on the web to see how nice these sites are.

So it is E50 for the tour but it is E20 to go the apartment, which you have to go to. So really the tour comes down to E30 for all the passengers in the car, which is just amazing.

This is a large, clean and elegant apartment with beautiful sea and Valletta views from the balcony.

Centrally located for ease of sightseeing buses and boats. Four minutes walk away from Pjazza Tigné , which has the biggest shopping Mall in Malta, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a super market to make things easy.

You will enjoy professionally cleaned, luxury home comforts

The apartment is finished to a very high spec. It is fully equipped with all that you need for a relaxing fun holiday.

You have the best view on the island from your balcony. The majority of postcards that you will see of Malta have the same view as the one you have from your balcony.

In the summer months, you can walk 2 minutes to go swimming in the 100 meters long designated safe swimming area in the sea. You can dive into clean, fresh, clear water with Valetta as your backdrop. This is an impressive experience.

A two minute walk down the promenade and you will come to lovely cafes and restaurants.

The bus stop is a few minutes’ walk away and from there you can catch buses that will take you all around the island, so you don’t really need to hire a car.

A large, free, colourful park for children is about 8 minutes walk away.

At the largest retail outlet shopping mall on the island, which is a 4 minute walk away. You will also find a dancing fountain at the piazza which is a 3 minute walk away…where children meet and play, while the parents relax with a cool drink.

On the island you will also find an aquarium and aquapark and many free local parks for kiddies.

To catch a tour bus around the island or take the ferry to Valletta, all you have to do is walk 5 minutes along the promenade.

There is a large super market in Tigne Point, located less than 5 minutes from the apartment. You also have an array of chemists, newsagents, fashion, food and general shops for you to visit at Tigne Point. It also caters for almost every taste.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pamela (the owner) a message.

If Pamela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
