This luxurious three bedroom, two bath point unit provides a private balcony from each room with unobstructed views to enjoy during your stay at the St.Regis. This condo comfortably accommodates 6 guests with one King and two queen-sized beds. Not only is the beach at your fingertips at this resort, but the exquisitely decorated condo also brings the outside beauty in with a charming coastal theme. Throughout the rooms you will find beautiful beach decor that adds to the seaside feel. Renovations include a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances ready for you to prepare your favorite meals, or sit back and unwind with your guests in the spacious living area overlooking the ocean. Additionally, a convenient wet bar is located in the corner of the living room for you to concoct your favorite beverage for lounging on the plush leather sofas or outside on the patio furniture. 1307 St Regis offers private secure high speed internet within the unit as well as free wi-fi within the community. Each of the three bedrooms continues the island vibe with their beach themed decor and individual access to the two private oceanview balconies. After a long relaxing day on the beach rinse the sand off and freshen up in one of two immaculate bathrooms before going out for the night! Not only will you enjoy the Atlantic Ocean as your backyard, but St. Regis Resort also offers its guests access to a beautiful outdoor pool for a quick dip after a hot day on the beach. Other amenities include a Business Center; Fitness Center, which has exercise equipment, cardio machines, and a sauna; tennis and 1/2 basketball court, playground for all the little ones; and outdoor charcoal grilling areas for family barbeques. And an onsite Restaurant.
