Additionally, a convenient wet bar is located in the corner of the living room for you to concoct your favorite beverage for lounging on the plush leather sofas or outside on the patio furniture. 1307 St Regis offers private secure high speed internet within the unit as well as free wi-fi within the community. Each of the three bedrooms continues the island vibe with their beach themed decor and individual access to the two private oceanview balconies.
