Villa Pine est située dans un complexe sécurisé de 8 maisons de vacances avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée, la piscine commune et les montagnes.

La maison est indépendante et au milieu de la pinède verte de Kusadasi, dans le village de Sogucak. En seulement 10 minutes, vous êtes à la plage et 15 minutes en ville.

Sur la mer Égée, vous pouvez profiter d'un climat agréable avec beaucoup moins d'humidité que sur la Côte d'Azur et sont entourés de forêts saines et vertes qui génèrent beaucoup d'oxygène.

Un autre avantage est l'emplacement central de la villa et la courte distance de diverses plages de sable, des centres commerciaux, du centre-ville avec sa belle promenade sur la plage et de la vie nocturne animée.
