A cozy abode nestled among a small pine grove. Our 2 storey wooden cottage keeps a watch over the valley of Solan with the mystic Mt.Karol over it's shoulder. Smell of pines,ample sunshine and big glass windows.

Engulfed among Pine and Deodar trees The Wooden Cottage is a warm Home keeping a quiet watch over the valley of Solan. It has a huge terrace with a serene view of the Chuddhar Ranges.

The balcony and windows in the Attic, Living room and bedrooms open up to a clear view of the misty and mighty mountains.

CHILDREN below 5 years are free if accommodated on sharing basis. Extra mattresses for children below 5 years can be provided at additional cost7 of Rs700/night.Breakfast for children are free.

ADDITIONAL PERSON beyond 4 will be charged an extra cost as indicated in pricing. There are designated places for bonfire or barbeque. No bonfire or barbeque is allowed in Balconies or Terrace.

Thanks for your nice review. We are sorry for the the inconveniences in reaching to our place and leaving from their. Normally cars come to the doorstep. While you came the taxi did reach the doorstep. While going back due to certain construction on the main road the taxi had to take a detour for which no buffer time was available. We agree that in case one needs to catch a train or so sufficient buffer time has to be given for the taxi not only for it to reach but also the road conditions in hilly terrains.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Neera (the owner) a message.

If Neera (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
