Il bilocale San Nicola si trova a Soleto, un piccolo comune situato nel cuore del Salento. Ristrutturata di recente, l’abitazione è posta su tre livelli ed è composta da ingresso su cucina abitabile fornita di tutto il necessario, camera da letto, bagno con doccia e un comodo terrazzino molto intimo dove mangiare o rilassarsi. In base alle necessità, gli ospiti possono avere due letti singoli invece del matrimoniale. La particolarità di questa casa, ciò che la rende unica, è un antico affresco bizantino restaurato di recente. La ristrutturazione del bilocale è stata fatta con attenta cura dei dettagli, la casa è stata adattata alle odierne esigenze cercando di mantenere il più possibile le caratteristiche originali di una tipica casa del luogo con volte in pietra locale.

    Salve, ringrazio innanzitutto per questa recensione. La cucina piccola è ben visibile nelle foto pubblicate. Per quanto riguarda l'episodio dei ladruncoli, sono veramente dispiaciuta dell'accaduto anche perché affitto questa casa da qualche anno e non era mai successo niente di simile ad altri clienti. Sono stati comunque presi provvedimenti in merito. Il paese di Soleto non è apprezzabile solo per la vicinanza ai due mari che bagnano il Salento ma anche e soprattutto per il suo bellissimo e caratteristico centro storico in cui si trova la nostra struttura e dove si può apprezzare anche la famosa Guglia di Raimondello Orsini.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Raffaella (the owner) a message.

    If Raffaella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
