The Winelands Villa Guesthouse is located in the beautiful town of Somerset West and perfect for the discerning guest who values privacy, comfort and hospitality. The guesthouse offers ten spacious luxury rooms, all with en suite bathrooms,as well as two self-catering cottages.

The Rate is R 600 per person and night sharing in the Guesthouse rooms and includes breakfast.

Some rooms have a view of the ocean and the countryside and others of the lush garden and swimming pool.

The Winelands Villa Guesthouse provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Cape Winelands on a beautiful property that covers more than 5 300 m².

Home away from home, our guesthouse is situated 5 minutes from the Strand beach, 20 minutes from Cape Town international Airport and 40 minutes from Cape Town Waterfront. We are also very close to Stellenbosch and various wine routes.

Our ten rooms and two self-catering cottages are tastefully decorated. All rooms are en-suite with shower, basin and toilet or full facilities with bath, shower, basin and toilet. They are fully equipped with tea and coffee facilities, heaters and television. All rooms are serviced daily and our in-house laundry services will take care of your laundry needs.

You can enjoy a relaxing drink on the deck with panoramic views or relax and take advantage of the South African sun at our sparkling swimming pool surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and perfect manicured lawns.

We have a cozy fireplace in our Lounge for the winter months.

We pride ourselves in giving our guests the warmest welcome and will endeavor to offer excellent service throughout your stay.

Winelands Villa Guesthouse caters for individual travelers, groups and families with children. We endeavor to provide the best possible level of service at affordable rates. Why can't I call Joerg (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joerg (the owner) a message.

If Joerg (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
