Las Dalias , maison située à 250 mètres de la plage de Somo, d'environ 6 km avec VUE SUR LA MER et à seulement #20 mn de Santander.

Tout type de commerce à 5 mn de la maison.

Belle maison de 140 mètres carrés avec 4 chambres et un joli jardin avec vue sur la mer.

A 7 mn à pied d'une des plus belles plages de la région: 6 km, vue sur une forêt et à 5mn à pied de commerces.

Belle vue sur la mer et dans un endroit calme et verdoyant.

Idéal par sa situation pour visiter tous les points d'intérêt de la région.

Nous avons une belle et immense plage de sable fin de 6 Km à seulement 250 m de la maison.

Entourée de prairies, fermes agricoles, villages typiques et avec vue sur les montagnes dans les alentours. Situation idéale de la maison pour faire des balades à pied et en vélo.

Sa situation , très pratique , pour se rendre à la capitale, Santander: en bateau, bus ou voiture.

Jonction avec la capitale Santander en 20 mn par bateau-navette ou en voiture ; montagne à 15 km ; quartier calme et verdoyant à 200 m du centre du village (toutes commodités).

Idéalement situé pour les visites intéressantes de la région.

Endroit ideal pour la pratique du surf.

Santander: moderne et cosmopolite,capitale de la Cantabrie jouit d'un environnement privilégié,entre plages, montagnes et beaux panoramas.

Les monuments historiques et les superbes jardins enrichissent cette jolie ville. Il ne vous reste plus qu’à la découvrir…

LE CHAUFFAGE EST MIS A PARTIR DE Mi-OCTOBRE ET JUSQU'AU DEBUT AVRIL: 20 DEGREES ( Mesure imposée par le gouvernement espagnol cette année selon le plan de sobriété energétique):SUPPLEMENT DE 20 EUROS PAR JOUR .

Dans la rue. Stationnement payant à partir du 15 juin et jusqu'au 15 septembre dans la rue à proximité du logement. ( Gratuit à partir de 20:00 et jusqu'à 10:00 du matin). Possibilité de mettre une voiture dans le garage. LE RESTE DE L'ANNEE STATIONNEMENT GRATUIT DANS LA RUE.”

A partir de 22:30 on ne peut pas faire du bruit dans la terrasse.

L'utilisation de la cheminée est interdite pour des raisons d'assurance.

Entre le 15 juin et le 15 septembre la ville de SOMO fait payer le stationnement en centre de ville et dans les rues avoisinantes.

Il se peut que le stationnement dans la rue devant la maison devient difficile.

Possibilité de garer une voiture dans le garage .

1) AUCUN BRUIT ni possibilité d'être dans LA TERRASSE à partir de 22:30 .

Il s'agit d'une copropriété .

2) Si vous souhaitez fumer , c'est possible devant la porte principale de la maison et à l'extérieur mais INTERDICTION DE FUMER DANS LA MAISON.

3) Merci de fermer les persianes en hiver le soir pour garder la chaleur dans la maison.

4) Ne pas manger ni boire dans les chambres.

5) Ne pas bouger les meubles ni les objets de la maison d'une pièce à l'autre.

6) Laisser toujours double sac en plastique dans la poubelle.

7) Laisser les portes des salles des bains et WC. ouvertes après utilisation.

8) Laisser la cuisine rangée et aucune vaisselle sale dans l'évier le jour de votre départ.

9) Vous devez laisser le contenu de la poubelle dans les containers au bout de la rue le jour de votre départ.

How do damage deposits work?
