Apartamento de una habitación, baño completo, cocina americana, salón comedor y distribuidor. Totalmente equipado;ponemos a su disposición sábanas y toallas. La cocina cuenta con microondas, vitrocerámica, horno, exprimidor,frigorífico, lavadora y tostadora. El baño dispone de secador de pelo.Cuenta con pequeña tabla de planchar y plancha.En el salón hemos acondicionado un pequeño espacio de trabajo o estudio. El wifi està disponible de forma gratuita.

Hay ascensor desde la planta 0 , no desde el garaje.La entrada a este no es muy alta por lo que no caben furgonetas.

Muy luminoso y a dos minutos de la playa y del embarcadero de las lanchas que comunican Somo con Santander.Dispone de sofá cama italiana en el salón. Como zonas comunes tiene el portal y el ascensor.

Justo debajo del apartamento hay un nuevo parque infantíl y una pista deportiva donde los niños pueden jugar sin peligro.

Ideal para amantes del surf ya que Somo, con su playa de más de 4 kilómetros de arena blanca, es una de las mejores playas europeas para la práctica de este deporte. En esta localidad se encuentra la primera escuela de surf de España. Al ser una de las playas con más extensión de Cantabria siempre tiene muy poca masificación, cosa a tener muy en cuenta este verano.

En Julio y Septiembre tres noches de estancia mínima. En Agosto seis noches de estancia mínima.

El Ayuntamiento ha instalado desde el 15 de junio hasta el 15 de septiembre aparcamiento de pago. Cuesta 0.55€ la hora sin límite de tiempo. La tarifa de día completo es de 5 €.

La tarifa por alojamiento de mascota es de 6€ por noche y alquiler de garaje cerrado opcional de 8€ por noche. Ambos importes a pagar en efectivo a la entrega de las llaves.

Disponemos de información turística de consulta en el apartamento y desayuno de cortesía. Como nos encanta que nos visiten los niños, tenemos juegos para que éstos se entretengan.Tambièn prestamos dos paipos si se alquila el garaje.

Cantabria es el segundo destino turístico europeo 2018 con una oferta cultural amplísima sobre todo en verano. Podrás conocer y disfrutar de todas las actividades del nuevo Centro Botín sin necesidad de desplazarte en el coche y tener que aparcar.

El parque de la naturaleza de Cabárceno está a pocos minutos en coche.

Somo tiene mucha oferta hostelera, locales de copas, restaurantes informales, creperías, heladerías, etc, y está muy animado con las actividades y fiestas que durante los meses de verano organiza el Ayuntamiento.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Elsa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
