En linea de playa se alquila en temporada de vacaciones precioso apartamento cuidado y limpio. Planta baja con altura de primero al lado de la playa, de su entrada principal. Dispone garaje individual cerrado gratuito sin coste adicional por lo que si el coche no entra no tenemos obligacion de devolver nada ya que es gratuito , tv en comedor de 36 pulgadas, completo menaje en cocina,baño con mampara y secador,ropa de cama. Habitacion con canape_cama de 1,35, habitacion con dos camas nido de 90 . 1min andando de playa y de supermercado enfrente del apartamento . Frente a santander con barca cada 15 minutos escuela surf 50m. maximo 2 adultos + 2 niños. no se alquila a grupo de chicos o chicas.

Gracias por vuestra opinión, las camas individuales son de nido de 90 cm aptas para niños como se específica en el anuncio,siendo efectivamente más incómodas para adultos y adolescentes,por eso en características del anuncio pone 2 adultos más 2 niños es lo idóneo.

Querido huesped, los productos de limpieza son por cuenta del huesped y esta especificado cuando se contrata. las lamparas si pas hubieses enchufado detras del cabecero verias que sin funionaban y asi no me habrias roto el enchufe de la cocina que tirasteis detras de un armario. en cuanto a la limpieza verguenza te debia de dar dejarlo asi que necesite 4 horas de limpieza profesional y mis 10 años me avalan en cuanto a orden y limpieza esta mi apartamento, en descripcion pone son 50metro cuadrados asi que no hay lugar a engaños, lee bien lo que contratas y no pongas cosas falsas

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Virginia (the owner) a message.

If Virginia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
