Bonjour Sophie, comme indiqué dans nos échanges, nous comprenons tout à fait votre déception. Une enquête de police suite à la plainte que nous avons nous même déposée, est en cours. Nous vous tiendrons informée de la suite donnée à notre plainte. Dans cette attente, nous avons procédé au remboursement de la moitié de votre séjour. Comme nous vous l'avons dit, cet évènement est une première pour nous et notre personnel a, à 2 exceptions près en 10 ans, toujours satisfait nos visiteurs qui ont pris la peine de nous l'écrire. Vous avez vous même été convaincus de séjourner chez nous suite à la recommandation de votre entourage. Nous vous réitérons notre engagement à trouver les responsables, malgré votre refus de nous communiquer les informations essentielles nous permettant d'aller plus vite dans nos recherches. Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour votre message. Comme indiqué lors de nos échanges, vos retours nous sont précieux afin de tenter de répondre au mieux à vos attentes. Il est vrai que la maison étant située dans un village authentique du Sénégal il arrive que des dysfonctionnements surviennent. Malgré les réservoirs d'eau et l'installation d'un suppresseur, nous manquons parfois de pression. Sans reprendre les éléments de réponse figurant dans nos échanges, je comprends tout à fait votre position. Et nous travaillons à y remédier. Nos prestations séduisent très largement nos visiteurs qui recherchent tranquillité, authenticité, paysages et sont très friands de la formule en pension complète (fruits de mer inclus) - dont me semble - t-il vous avez profité - et de la salle de jeux (Cf. livre d'or sur notre site Internet où d'autres avis plus récents vont être publié très prochainement). Le wifi, la clim, l'éclairage et la console fonctionnent et nous avons pu le tester nous-même le 26 avril. Nous sommes vraiment navrés que votre séjour n'est pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous sommes à votre disposition. En vous souhaitant une agréable journée.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
