Description

Open-plan living/diningkitchen area with views towards the beach and sea. The apartment was refurbished in 2015. The kitchen has oven, hob and microwave. There is a dining table and chairs for four, comfortable seating and a modern TV with limited satellite access and wifi in the apartment.

Two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has two singles. Both have ample wardrobe and storage space and ceiling fans. Bedroom one has access to the rear balcony.

Bathroom. Featuring walk-in-shower, WC and basin. This room also houses the washing machine. Sea-view balcony. With table, chairs and awning. This overlooks the nature reserve, beach and sea and is the perfect place for alfresco dining or a glass of wine as you watch the sun go down after a long day at the beach.

All utilities, apartment cleaning, bed linen and bath towels, hairdryer, safe and wi-fi are included in the apartment rental charge. If you wish to book additional cleaning during your stay this is available at additional cost.

Additional fold-up bed or cots may also be hired.

Other services that can be arranged at additional cost include:

Stayed for 10 days at No.66! Wow it was a great stay very modern bit of issue with wifi which was sorted very quickly! Lovely location would recommend and stay again!

Just got back from 2 weeks in Son Bou, stayed at 66 Son Bou Gardens and had a fantastic holiday!! Apartment is great, so modern and has the most comfortable bed, in fact we got back from our holiday and bought the same bed!! Jane has done a great job with furnishing the apartment, having seen other apartments in the same complex this is 100% the best. This is our 2nd time in Menorca and we love it, lots to do and see, people are very friendly and the beaches are beautiful. Will be booking to come back to stay very soon!! Thank you for making our holiday everything we could hope for.

This is our second visit to Son Bou and it is a lovely family resort with a good beach. The apartment is lovely clean and modern with the bonus of a wifi. This came in very handed for our daughter. The location is close to a supermarket and lovely bakers and only a short walk to the restaurants and bars. The swimming pools on the complexes are also good and can be used by everyone although you will need to pay to use the sunbeds. x

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
