Enjoy a different experience in this restored antique water mill for 6 people in the peaceful countryside of Son Servera

Enjoy an incredible holiday by taking a dip in the fabulous chlorine pool of 5 x 10 meters and with a depth of up to 2.5 meters. This is surrounded by the fantastic terrace where you can sunbathe on one of the 8 sunbeds or refresh yourself quickly in the outdoor shower. It also has a lovely porch with barbecue where you can enjoy great meals or dinners outdoors. For the little ones, you will find an 750m lawn area where they can play freely. The 18000 m2 finca is fenced and there are not many neighbours in the surroundings, so the privacy is total. If you want to have some fun, you can play ping-pong, basket or football without leaving home.

Inside, the current and at the same time rustic style of this mill house will make you to fall in love with it. The 200 m2 house is arranged on two floors: the ground floor and the -1 floor. On the ground floor, you will find the cozy living room which has several sofas where you can relax watching satellite TV or enjoying the Wi-Fi connection. Going down a few steps we access the dining area that can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The gas kitchen has a traditional style, and also a small office area for 4 people. You will find all the necessary tools to cook comfortably. There is a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this house there are 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and 1 on the -1 floor. On the ground floor, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has two single beds; both have a fan, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bathtub; and both have access to the garden. On the -1 floor, the bedroom has two single beds and a closet. There is a third bathroom with bathtub also on the ground floor, for the rest of the house. The house has central heating so it is ideal also for winter stays.

The house is located a short walk from the beach in Sa Costa des Pins. It is a natural and calm environment where you can enjoy peacefully a few beach days. Son Servera is quite close as well. It is a small interior village with all the services and gastronomic offer. You will also find great beaches nearby such as Es Ribells or Cala Sa Marjal. You can also visit the beautiful Caves of Artà.

Perfect house for a family!

The house is absolutely charming! With so much space for the kids and many things to do: swimming pool, basketball, football, ping-pong... We had a perfect stay!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
