Villa singola completamente indipendente, composta da grande soggiorno, stube, cucina abitabile, camera matrimoniale, camera con 2 letti a castello (4 posti letto), camerina con 2 letti, bagno con vasca, ampio terrazzo esposto ad ovest. La villa si trova alla fine del paese di Soraga di Fassa, e' quasi completamente costruita in legno, ha il riscaldamento centralizzato e intorno terreno di proprieta' in cui e' presente un parcheggio per due macchine (raggiungibile quando non c'e' neve in terra). In inverno e' possibile parcheggiare due auto a circa 50 metri da casa. La natura circonda la casa che e' situata al limite del bosco. A volte, quando e' nevicato molto, i caprioli vengono a brucare l'erba dietro casa. Durante la stagione sciistica e' possibile sciare sulle piste di Moena (a circa 3 chilometri di distanza), sulle piste di Vigo di Fassa che godono del meraviglioso paesaggio della conca del Catinaccio, sulle piste di Pozza di Fassa che si sviluppano sui monti delle Buffaure e nella valle di San Niccolo', sulle piste di Campitello che salgono fino al Col Rodella ed al Passo Sella, sulle piste di Canazei nel comprensorio del Passo Pordoi, sulle piste del Passo di San Pellegrino, sulle piste del Cermis, sulle piste del Passo Rolle, sulle piste dell'Alpe di Pampeago. Oltre a tutta questa varieta' di piste, che permettono di sciare in splendide localita' diverse ogni giorno, e' possibile fare il giro dei quattro passi (Sella Ronda) che permette di percorrere con gli sci circa 40 chilometri di discesa senza mai percorrere la stessa pista, passando nelle valli di Livinallongo, Val Badia, Val Gardena e Val di Fassa. In estate sono possibili innumerevoli passeggiate con panorami meravigliosi in mezzo a boschi e montagne che sono stati dichiarati patrimonio dell'umanita' dall'UNESCO. E' possibile camminare su sentieri perfettamente mantenuti, fare roccia su percorsi ferrati, andare in piscina a Canazei e nuotare con la vista dello splendido gruppo della Marmolada. E' possibile muoversi con uno ski bus durante il periodo invernale.

    Cara Chiara, grazie per la recensione sulla casa e sul suo posizionamento. Per la scala che scende dal parcheggio alla casa in primavera faremo una completa ristrutturazione per rendere piu' agevole e comoda la discesa (piu' gradini e pianerottoli intermedi). Per il parcheggio abbiamo chiesto al sindaco il permesso per un allargamento e stiamo attendendo una delibera comunale. Spero di avervi ancora in futuro nella mia casa di Soraga che permette di vivere vacanze meravigliose anche in inverno. Buona giornata. Sergio De Carli

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
