From the owner

The house is situated on the slopes of the Cimini mountains, with truly breathtaking views in all directions of rolling countryside and then mountains, 5 minutes from the beautiful medieval town of Soriano. There is a lovely loggia (with outside fireplace) accessible from from the master bedroom (with ensuite) and a panoramic balcony accessible from the bunk bedroom and large upstairs playroom. There is also a large bathroom with a huge bath with great mountain views. Downstairs is the large sitting room and a well equipped kitchen diner, two further double bedrooms and a large bath/shower room. Outside is a huge sun terrace with a large covered seating/eating area with BBQ. One level down is a large pool area with it's own sun terrace. We have a 2 acre garden with mature fruit, nut, olive and fir trees. It's attractively decorated with local tiles and stone and many flowers and plants. In season there is a large market garden, ripe figs, apples and other fruits. There are large lawns and a little park with masses of space for kids to play and explore. It sits surrounded by it's large garden,olive groves, and nut orchard in a quiet rural location, with masses of space for kids to roam safely to their hearts content.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pete & Ingrid (the owner) a message.

    If Pete & Ingrid (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
