Situated in the center of Sotira village the newly renovated traditional village house consists of 4 bedrooms, a courtyard/garden and 2 parking spaces. The rooms used to be the house of Vraximis and Augusta . The property is just off the main road of the village, Near the Village Cathedral.
Built in the 1930, the building is actually representing the modern city architecture of the time, stone clad with plaster.
The renovation was done by their grandaughter in 2014, wanting to preserve the beautiful architecture of this house, in the memory of her grandparents.
The character of the building has remained, while the interior decoration has been made to a more light, colourful and same time rustic style.
There are two twin and two double bed rooms, two bathrooms, a large living/dining room and a fully fitted kitchen and an external barbecue with food preparation area. There is seating in the sun and in the shade as well as sun chairs, table and umbrella.
It is ideally suited for families due to having a secure courtyard and being in a quiet village with local amenities such as shops, restaurants, coffee shops and a bank. The Village park is right next to the house with a kids playground.
A large Courtyard of 600m2 on the front and sides of the house, surrounded by fruit trees like lemon, orange, fig and passion fruit, shrubs and flowers, is the perfect place to relax, gather with friends, or host a wedding or a party.
All rooms have their own entrance from the courtyard and the big blue court door will make sure you won't miss the house.
