Casa Marsal is Beautiful Spanish villa with private heated swimming pool overlooking the lake on Almenara Golf Course in secluded mature gardens that offers complete privacy

Whilst the property has 4 fully air conditioned bedrooms and there are two folding beds available , so the villa can accommodate 8 single golfers comfortably . Baby's travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

Two of the Guest Bedrooms can be converted from twins into Superking bedrooms upon request.

There is ample parking on the drive for several cars . The house is surrounded by mature gardens, The pool can be heated (upon request) There are several lounge areas to sit and socialize and enjoy that well deserved drink. There is a gas BBQ for those evenings in and an Alfresco dining area that seats 8 people comfortably. In the cooler months there is a patio heater so can still sit outside and still enjoy the evening .

The inside lounge is air conditioning and you can sit in comfort and watch Satellite TV , there is wide range of DVD to keep you entertained and for the children there is a playstation and a wii with games to keep them amused

The kitchen is fully equip with Dishwasher and there is washing machine and dryer should you need them.

A Daily cleaning service can be provide upon request.in advance

Sotogrande is the ultimate Leisure Resort, and is situated in the province of Cadiz, Spain. Covering , the resort has beautiful countryside, excellent golf courses, Valdramma, La reserva , San Roque , Almenara and sotogrande . there are numerous sport facilities including tennis (clay and hardcourts), polo, horseriding, spa facilities, canoeing and sailing for both Children and Adults

The Sotogrande marina has plenty of bars and restaurants, two beaches and a beach club by sotogrande golf club

La Reserva Beachclub and lagoon is open from April until October and is only a five minute drive from the villa

In the summer there are top European polo matches every afternoon with free entry.

The lively marina of la Duquesa is only a 20 min cab ride away.

Sotogrande is 30 minutes from Marbella / Puerto banus for a shopping day out, as well as attractions of Granada, Seville, Tariffa, Ronda and Jerez and Morocco (45min by Ferry from Algeciras)

It is only 25 minutes from Gibraltar

Supermarket , shops and restraurants are all within a 10 min drive

Pool Heating is an additional costs and must be paid directly to owner prior to arrival

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
