The luxurious Villa Kedria will be your private paradise for summer and winter! It is located in Tsikalaria, Chania, only a few kilometers from the center of magnificent Chania.

Built on a small hill, Villa Kedria is quite isolated, a private property on the most beautiful part of the island Crete, offering the visitor panoramic views and the opportunity to combine mountains and sea. Just enjoy!

Surely you will relax in Villa Kedria! This luxurious oasis is waiting for you and your friends to relax while watching the most beautiful sunsets.

Villa Kedria was designed with great care using only environmentally friendly materials. Each room has the same excellent view – so everyone will be happy!

The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a large living room and a wooden table, satellite TV with NETFLIX, a jacuzzi, a wine cellar and a variety of other amenities that will make you feel luxury at its best.

The outdoor areas have a private pool (heated pool) with sun loungers and sunbeds, stunning sea views, shaded lounges and dining rooms on the east and west side of the plot and a fully equipped barbeque area overlooking Chania.

The heliport and the external toilets are a plus especially if you are not staying in the villa, but on the other hand, enjoying an event you have been invited to at the villa.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send KOTZAMIHALIS (the owner) a message.

    If KOTZAMIHALIS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
