ABED HOLIDAY FLAT
This lovely garden flat has all self catering facilities, Can sleep 2 adults and 2 children or three adults. It has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed and all bedroom furniture, a sleeper couch that can sleep either 2 children or one adult in the kitchen/ relax area, with a spacious walk-in bathroom, shower and toilet. It has Dstv and internet facilities. The kitchen is fully fitted with a Micro wave oven, fridge, hob and oven stove and all crockery and utensil requirements. It has a lovely garden setting, with beautiful Mountain View, solar heated pool and a fully equipped gym.
We offer safe secure off street parking. Braai facilities available with separate braai facilities for our muslim guests. It has lovely entertainment area. For our Muslim guests , it is close to three mosques , two within walking distance. Laundry facilities available- washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. The flat is serviced once a week. Towels are provided including pool towels.
Situated in the southern suburb of Wynberg, it allows easy access to and from the M5 and all other major highways, with the Kenilworth Race course, Newlands Cricket and Rugby Stadiums, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and all major shopping centres, including the V&A Waterfront and Grand West Casino all within ±5km-20km radius. The Telkom Golf Academy as well as the World famous Royal Cape Golf Course are within walking distance. It is a 20 minute drive to the False Bay Coastline. It is close to all public transport - a 5- 10 minute walk.
