This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in South Chatham is only .2 mile from Pleasant Street Beach on Nantucket Sound. This traditional Cape home features two bedrooms on the first floor and a large second floor that is partially separated to allow for two separate sleeping areas with a shared bathroom. The living room and kitchen lead to a second living area with cathedral ceilings providing great light and access to the furnished deck and side yard with fire pit and sandbox.
