Kings House is a historic Grade II listed townhouse which has been furnished to a high standard throughout and offers guests a large 6 double bedroom, 4 bathroom self catering property with lots of living space as well. Guests can easily walk to the beach or the town in just a few minutes and a 5 star Hotel Spa facility is only a couple of minutes' away.

The house has offered a perfect setting for many extended families wishing to holiday together alongside numerous birthday and anniversary celebrations or simply groups of friends reuniting for a weekend break. With 2 lounges and a separate dining room with seating area as well there's always plenty of space to relax in. The TV in the main sitting room has a Sky Sports package via TalkTalk. The house also features an attractive Mediterranean style patio garden with plenty of seating and a barbecue.

Prices quoted include electricity and gas, wifi broadband internet access, Sky Sports package via TalkTalk, bed linen and towels and parking permits as required. Maximum occupancy of the property is 12 people.Dogs - 1 or 2 dogs may be brought by prior arrangement with the owner at time of booking for a fee per animal of £25 per booking/week. Dogs must be kept in downstairs rooms and not allowed on the furniture. Changeover day is generally Friday unless other arrangements have been made.

Dining Room with large table seating up to 12, seating area with 2 sofas and coffee table, IPOD dock. Kitchen has large island with 7 bar stools and an inset electric hob, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, double electric oven, microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
