Our modern 4 br 2 bath Raised Ranch house is tastefully decorated with all you need for a relaxing vacation; from new brand name memory foam mattresses that will help you take a restful sleep, to a peaceful backyard. Located at the heart of Cape Cod, 4 mi from the Bay; 5 mi to the Nantucket Sound, 3 minutes drive from Exit 9B off State 6, near shopping, theaters, restaurants, & much more.

The house has central air condition, all major appliances(dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, washer, dryer, etc); it's quiet, spacious, clean, and full of natural light; private fenced yard and a large deck with a new barbeque for family gatherings and fun. If you have cat allergies this is not a place for you. Although, there are no cats that live in the property permanently, our cat (shhhh.... she thinks she is a dog) visits with us on occasions.

All appliances. BBQ and fire pit. Beach umbrella and beach chairs (for guests traveling by air).

You need to bring your own sheets and towels or arrange with us prior to arrival. We can provide 1 set of sheets and 1 set of towels for a flat fee of $25/person. Below are the names of some local linen rental businesses, should you prefer to rent.

Why can't I call Silvana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Silvana (the owner) a message.

If Silvana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
