Charming villa with private swimming pool and garden, located in the countryside of Bagno a Ripoli, a few km from Florence. Equipped with a small gym and hot tub, it sleeps up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION

Belforte Suite is an ancient and charming property nestled in the Florentine hills, a few kilometers from Florence’s historic centre (8 km) and the main services.

Part of a medieval fortified residential complex, Belforte Suite can be reached by a semi-private road, partly paved and partly unpaved. The villa is characterised by some ivi-covered external walls that make it unique.

At the back of the property there are other apartments and the owner's house, all with private entrance and placed on the opposite side of the complex.

In front of the main entrance you will find a private park (about 300 sqm), with beautiful view over Florence. The park is equipped with a small covered pergola with table for 8/10 people, ideal for tasty alfresco meals.

The swimming pool is separate from the villa (about 400 m), reachable both on foot (10 min.) and by car (suggested, considering the slope and the not asphalted road) and provided with parasol, deckchairs and sunbeds.

Please note that close to the villa is one of the properties of the owner, with 1 dogs in a separate and enclosed area.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION

The villa (400 sqm), set on 2 floors, can accommodate up to 4+2 people for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms (including 1 with shower and 1 with shower and bathtub).

Ground floor: The ground floor, which has direct access to the park, consists of a semi-open space with multiple levels (10/12 steps) including a living area with stone fireplace, antique furniture and modern details, all decorated in a very elegant but simple style. Following a room with pool table, a dining room for 6/8 people with fireplace connected on one side to a small guest bedroom for up to 2 people, on the other to the kitchen that overlooks the park. It is a medium-sized kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave.

Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room (washing machine) with supply of linen.

First floor: The first floor, directly accessible from the open space, is divided into two corridors each leading to the 2 main rooms/suites, both with their own bathroom.

On the left, you will find a classic and antique style bedroom, bordering the medieval tower of the complex. The room has a double bed, a library, some stone walls and exposed beams. The stone bathroom is ensuite (with shower) and carved into the medieval tower.

The other bedroom, enjoying wonderful view over Florence, is a large suite with double bed, closet, ensuite bathroom with modern finishes, shower with two trays and double sinks. The room is connected to a lounge area with small gym and hot tub placed in front of the window with panoramic view.

Included free Wi-fi throughout the property. The suite with gym is provided with air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request.

Charming accommodation equipped with all amenities (swimming pool, Wi-Fi Internet connection, gym, hot tub, pool table, satellite TV). Ideal choice for those wishing to spend an unforgettable and relaxing holiday near Florence, although remaining immersed in the quiet Tuscan countryside.
