You must be age 25 to book. Contact me if people in your group are under 25 and you are not in the same family before requesting a booking. This is a very spacious 1000 SF 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom Condominium just 5 minutes walking to the beach and Wanna Wanna Beach Bar where there are showers and bathrooms you can use. There is a convenience store on the corner with great tacos for just a buck each. Includes washer dryer, 51" Plasma Television in the Living Room, 42" Led Tvs in Bedrooms. 2 Full bathrooms with hair dryers. Granite countertops, full kitchen. The large living room has a suede leather couch and chair that seats four. Pool is right outside the door so no big deal if you need an extra drink. Luxury Tommy Bahama or Tommy Hilfiger Bath Towels (bath not beach.) Off street parking for 2 cars right outside the front door. Outdoor showers right behind the trash dumpster. Master has King size bed. 2 Twins in second bedroom. Living room has queen sleeper sofa. There are no steps to climb or elevators in the building so unloading your luggage is fast and easy. A Wii U will keep your kids entertained while your not at the beach. Wi-Fi is included. Schlitterbahn water park is just a 5 minute drive and has both indoor and outdoor water parks. You can take an ice chest full of food and drinks with you. The south Padre Island Golf course is just a 15 minute drive to port isabel. They rent clubs and carts and is located on the gulf of Mexico with views from the greens. The building is very quiet at night and far enough from the nightclubs so that you won't be bothered by the noise but a short 5 minute drive or taxi ride.

After your reservation I will send you a rental agreement that you can sign electronically on a smart phone or tablet. Make sure you select draw so your signature matches your drivers license. When you accept the agreement and text me your drivers license I will text you the key code to the unit. There is no front desk but I am available by phone. Please read and take your agreement with you as it has the information you will need to enter the property. Check in must be done before you leave home to start your vacation so all you have to do is arrive and enter your door code saving you precious time. Please allow 3 days prior to the start date to sign the agreement and send me your drivers license.

Minimum Age to Rent is twenty five. No Parties, No Noise. Pool Hours Enforced. You must follow Home Owners Association Rules. Please ask for a copy. Only People listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises. This is enforced by wristbands. I can only Guarantee parking for two small vehicles. You may use visitor parking if its available. No Sand is allowed in the condo, the pool and common areas so please rinse off with one of the outdoor showers.

Thank you so much for leaving the review. I do apologize for all the rules but I have to follow the association rules so I don't get fined and yes I've had some pretty bad people rent my condo for illegal purposes so I must be diligent plus all the nightmares I've read about from owners not being careful or specific enough so someone can't come along and decide to move into their property. Basically I just want everyone to be informed so they don't say I didn't know that I wasn't supposed to do that. I also think it keeps bad renters away. I actually had a guy tell me why else would he rent a condo but to have a big party at the island and if he couldn't party he'd rather stay somewhere else. My goal is for people just to have a great time at the beach and be very convenient for them. I just recently added a cart to carry your stuff to the beach so guests don't have to carry everything especially if they have young children who won't or can't help out. Just please rinse off the sand outside. I try to make sure my condo has everything so you don't have to go out and buy salt or sugar or coffee and spend a bunch of money for something youre only going to use once. I don't understand why people would rent a condo without a hair dryer or toilet paper or towels for that matter. I think the little things are what makes guests happy and your 100 percent happiness is my priority.

Thanks for the positive review. I try to make my place as luxurious and comfortable as possible for my guests with Memory Foam mattresses, Stainless Steel Appliances and Flat Screen TVs in all the rooms. The nice thing is the Pool heats up faster that really large pools but is a good size for swimming comfortably.

Although there's no grill on the property, portable gas grills are allowed. I don't have a grill due to the liability. What's most important to me is that you enjoy your stay. Keycodes are always given before arrival so checkin is done before your vacation starts so you are not wasting time picking up keys and car permits. The code changes for every visitor so nobody can use a code after they checkout. The location is great, close to the beach with a stripes just down the street. I plan on upgrading the mattress in the master bedroom to Tempur-pedic so you can get a perfect nights rest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
