Ocean Garden #3 is a comfy condo on the ground floor, located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is one block from BlackBeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The Condo showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen TVs, leather sectional sofas, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, central air, all tiled floors and much more.

The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, which combined will easily sleep up to 6 guests. Each room has a flat screen LED tv and ceiling fans.

You will be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that is fully equipped. A washer and dryer and private parking for the complex also add convenience. Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool or the South Padre Island night life, this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!

Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons at the semi-private swimming pool (not heated)

House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. May be charged after reservation is booked.

Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels.

The pool is NOT heated (there is NO SPA). This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors.

Ice maker didn't work and manager already knew about it. Shower heads are not adjustable. Remote control for living room was so worn out , the numbers on the buttons were unreadable.

Thank you for the review... as the owner of the condo, it bothers me when my guests don't fully enjoy their stay for rather small issues! I would have appreciated a call during the stay so to try to correct these small issues. For example, I keep a stack of remote controls in storage, and it would have been very easy to replace the remote if I knew it was a problem. By the way, it has been replaced! I am glad these issues were just noise, and that you were able to enjoy SPI, and hope to see you back in the near future!

Thank you for the review, and I am glad you liked my condo. However I am surprised about some of the comments, since I have put a lot of effort in trying not to be misleading. Our listing says the condo is one block from the beach, and in no place mentions a hot tub or heated pool, since there isn't one. All of the mattresses are medium firmness Sertas, and we chose them like that in order to be middle of the road. I understand that mattress firmness is a matter of choice and we will never please everyone, but we will certainly always try our best! It was funny to see you guys getting a sun tan in the driveway, since I have stayed at my condo plenty of times and there is a nice sun at the pool area, which by the way, runs from East to West. Also, thank you for the comments about location...it is really an awesome location, close to everything! Anyway, I always appreciate critical reviews because they force us to be better whenever possible. And lastly, I hope your stay was pleasant enough to be able to see you back in the near future!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
