You’ll be home, HomeAway in this spacious one bedroom beach house with access to private pool and secluded lush outdoor rooms. This unique vintage duplex is designed so your unit has private access to the pool, patio, garden areas and shaded lounge and bar. This house’s private entrances open to an oversized pool, shade and sun in perfect outdoor living spaces for a romantic getaway or entertaining.

Location, location, location: South Padre Island

You will be close to the beach: a short half block away. You will be close to everything, but just steps from a boardwalk (with shower) beach access, the movie theater, and a fun beach bar!

You have full sized rooms, fully equipped kitchen and luxury bedding. You have a refrigerator and bathroom by the pool that you don't have to share. You have places to enjoy the breezes in shade and sun. You have me to help make your stay perfect.

The apartment was my home for 20 years, and now my guests fall in love with my place. They are delighted by the cool breezes, relaxing vibe of the rustic beach house. They love how easy it is to get to the beach, and how great it is to cool down in the pool and get out of the sun after the beach or fishing. I’m excited to provide an exceptional experience for your private get away to South Padre Island.

Full disclosure: the house has been lovingly used and not always gently. The chips and dings will in no way impair your ability to enjoy your peaceful, fun home away at the beach.

The smell of smoke was horrible. The toilets were filthy.

There was a 50/50 chance that if we left we would see them in the front patio (being greeted with the smell of a cigarette each time). Our walkway had dog urine from their dog every time we walked by.… More

How do damage deposits work?
