South Padre Island Beach is OPEN! Don't let Covid-19 keep you at home. Stay Safe by renting a condo at the beach. People on the beach are maintaining 15 feet apart from each other, using masks in stores, and taking safety measures. You can use the pool to yourself. We have so few bookings that you probably will have the pool to yourself. If theres someone else in the pool, just ask them what time you would be able to enjoy it. During 4th of july there were never more than 4 people in the pool and we were easily able to keep 10 feet away from others. Dr Fauci says the virus can not survive outside in UV light so relax and enjoy a great vacation.

This Luxurious Two Bedroom Two Bath Condo is nicely located across the street from the beach so its just a 5 minute walk across the street Gulf Blvd. The Large Pool is just Steps away. The living area features new leather sleeper sofa and loveseat. Large Flat Screen Tv in the Living Room and Master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, all the cookware and dishes you need for preparing meals and snacks. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with private full bath and flat screen TV. It also has a closet and dresser to put your clothes. The Second bedroom has a twin with pull out full bed and a second twin bed. The Living Room has a Leather Sofa Sleeper and also a Queen Airbed if you feel its more comfortable. The second bedroom also has direct access to the full bathroom. A stackable washer and dryer are available to wash your clothes but please do not wash bed covers as they will get damaged. Bring your chairs and enjoy the rooftop terrace with ocean views and a great atmosphere. There's a bbq pit and cement table next to the pool for use. Please clean up after yourself. Min Age to Rent is 21. Spring Breakers are Allowed but there is a $1,000 deposit for spring break. If you are a spring breaker, request a quote. Also, Guests are required to purchase wrist bands for $15 each that stay during the weekend in the summer and on spring break to keep out non guests. No Noise, parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. No outside BBQ only use the BBQ in the pool area. Pool Hours are 9am to 10pm. Please Respect the Neighbors as they live here.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
