Our spacious Cape home offers a relaxing retreat for families & friends that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Enjoy the 8 Minute Walk to the Nantucket Sound beaches or Rt. 28 for Restaurants and some Mini Golf! or just relax in the gorgeous backyard!

Beautiful GREAT location 3 bedroom Apartment in Yarmouth / Bass River. Enjoy Cape Cod living with pure convenience! Close to everything!!! With many of Nantucket Sound beaches less then a mile away as well as Main St./Rt. 28. Great for families of all with lots of shopping, go carts, mini golf, batting cages, arcade, ice cream and NEW inflatable water park!!!!! Great location only 15 minutes to Cape Cod Hospital for medical professionals on rotations!

The apartment is located on the left side of the house. It accommodates 8 people comfortably. The Beach Hose amenities include: 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for those of you who are aspiring chefs with plenty of space to socialize, separate dining area, 2 living room areas with an open feel, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, deck, gazebo with patio furniture and gas grill, parking lot for 2 cars with off street parking for many more.

Each bedroom has a spacious closet and windows for direct sunlight or fresh air. Linens can be provided upon requests.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed, Lots of closets and storage.

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds, Closet.

Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed (1 Full Size, 1 Twin Size)

Living Area 1: Large Sectional Couch, tile floors, wicker glass table and 4 chairs, 2 extra wicker chairs and 40-Inch LCD TV, Extra Laundry room with washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum.

Living Area 2: Leather reclining love seat, tile floors, glass sliding doors to deck and backyard, bookcase with games and other Cape Cod fun!

Kitchen: Electric stove/oven, full size refrigerator with automatic ice cube maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pots and pans.

Dining Area: Dining table with chairs

The space will also include Cape Cod guide books, board games, and some beach accessories for your convenience.

This is a family friendly home, and we hope that your family will be comfortable and enjoy their stay on Cape Cod.

Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire apartment and the backyard. Guests will be given Key access.

Our rental accommodations was suitable for our party of 8. If was very close to the beach walking or driving. Very close to shops and restaurants. We all had a very good time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
