The Experience

Check into your own Private Estate that is run like a Boutique Beach Villa. There are no crowds, no mini bar bills and no staff to manage, everything is already done for you.

Has been furnished in a modern style with accents of charcoal, pops of colour, organic wood and pale natural finishes. The look is all about a modern relaxed attitude and style with ultimate masses of comfort.

The main floor of the house comprises of the formal lounge, kitchen, dining, and large entertainment area. All rooms have enveloping views across the golf course and onto the Indian Ocean. Large expanses of glass in every room give 180-degree sea views with miles of natural beauty with a panorama of ever-changing silver-blue sea scenery, which includes dolphins, whales, migrating birds and surfers from every elevated vantage point.

On the top level, the Villa’s impossibly spacious master bedroom has an open plan lounge, large dressing room and exceptionally large bathroom, all of which have views of the sea. The second guest suite is also situated on the top floor and has equally breath-taking views.

The kitchen is fabulously kitted out with fully integrated appliances.

Downstairs a relaxing lounge with a study area is ideal for chilling. A media and DVD set up encourages one to cocoon and nest with your feet up.

There are a further two en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the pool. The interiors throughout the house are cool, contemporary, yet glamorous.

The villa is absolutely beautiful The staff were very helpful The beach was perfect especially if one walked to,the left The pool and hot tub were kept clean and in excellent working order

How do damage deposits work?

If 11 on Fairway (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
