**Conveniently located in Southern Shores!! Short drive to Duck to the North or Kitty Hawk to the south**Relaxing, luxury home conveniently located in Southern Shores. Decking overlooking the pool (Pool can be heated for an additional cost) on the back of the house provides privacy for sunning and relaxing. Southern Pleasure is the perfect luxury vacation home just waiting for your family to enjoy. Spend your days relaxing by the Private pool as you sip on your favorite beverage or treat your body to a luxurious spa while listening to your favorite tunes. There is plenty of room around the pool to relax. A bedroom on the lower level is perfect for your teen or young kids. They can entertain themselves by playing Foosball, playing video games or just watch TV. The second level includes a Queen master and 2 additional queen bedrooms with a shared bath. Also on the level there is a screened in porch for a private escape!! The third level includes a King Master with a large garden tub. The master on this level also has direct access to a screened in porch. The third level also includes a gorgeous great room that is perfect for your family to kick back and relax after another great day in paradise. If you need to take care of some business enjoy complementary wifi, just bring your laptop!!!!Take a stroll to the beach or a short drive to the village of Duck for award winning dining and shopping.

Linens are the responsibility of the guests. You can bring your own or rent them from a local linen rental company.

Why can't I call Daniel (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
