An immaculately presented, stunning, recently refurbished to a very high standard, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom beach front apartment in Eastbourne with views over the English Channel.

Admiralty Court is located in the sought-after North Harbour in a peaceful residential area yet only 5 minutes walk from the Marina and enjoys stunning sea views from the open-plan living/dining area and kitchen.

The apartment has double patio doors opening up to a private balcony, flat screen tv, dvd/cd player, sofa, two comfy armchairs and formal dining for up to six people. Modern, fully controllable gas central heating throughout which is on 24/7, with individual thermostats in every room plus main wall thermostat in hallway. Instant hot water from the combi boiler. Recently upgraded free unlimited fast fibre optic broadband and wifi. Telephone available on request.

Easy access for those with restricted mobility with direct beach access to the flat paved promenade leading to the marina and lift to the 2nd floor. Free secure off-road parking plus visitor's place available.

The master bedroom has king bed, double wardrobe and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. Main bathroom has bath, toilet and sink. The separate kitchen is very well equipped with oven/grill, 4 ring gas stove, microwave, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast table to enjoy the views.

Admiralty Court is perfect all year round for families, couples or group of friends seeking a relaxing seaside holiday or as a base to explore Sussex, Kent and London. Longer corporate rentals welcome - we offer discounts for longer stays, please enquire.

The Waterfront Marina (haven for food, sailing enthusiasts and boat hire available for pleasure and dive trips and other water sports) is 5 minutes walk. Fishing and wreck diving on your doorstep. Golf course is few minutes walk. Easy access to Eastbourne's theatres, restaurants and attractions with regular bus service from top of our road so no need to take your car and hassle with parking in town.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nina (the owner) a message.

If Nina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
