Luxury semi-detached house located in the famous town of Sozopol. Sozopol is an ancient town and seaside resort located 35 km south of Burgas on the southern Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria. Today the town is mostly a seaside resort known for the Apollonia art and film festival (which takes place in early September) and is named after one of Sozopol's ancient names. The busiest times of the year are the summer months, ranging from May to September as tourists from around the world come to enjoy the weather, sandy beaches, history and culture, fusion cuisine (Bulgarian, Greek, Turkish), and atmosphere of the colourful resort.
This is a two-story house:
*Two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds, two bathrooms. Each room has air conditioning, private terrace with tables and chairs.
* Living room, furnished with a kitchenette. Each kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, built-in oven, two integrated cooker, coffee maker, refrigerator, utensils and service for dining, cooking utensils, dining table and chairs, upholstered leather furniture unfolding, coffee table, plasma digital TV, air conditioning , shower room with toilet and bath, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The complex consists of 5 houses, and has a swimming pool, a yard, and parking places. The yard is landscaped and fenced with a stone fence.
The complex is located in a quiet location, 10-min walking distance to beach Apolonia (Kavaci) where there is a diving school, restaurants, bars. Family friendly in the day, nightlife in the evening. Apolonia is one of the most desirable among locals beaches on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
