Our cozy 2 bedroom bungalows are located locate just 2 min walk from the picturesque beach of Klimatsias (Spartia). Each house features a living room with open-plan kitchen, a cozy veranda, bathroom with WC/shower/sink, 2 bedrooms and lovely green yard around.
One of the bungalows has its own fenced territory, glazed veranda with comfortable bed.

Each bungalow is designed for 4-5 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other - two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, where the fifth guest can quite comfortably settle down.
Upon a preliminary agreement, it is possible to accommodate the 6th guest using an extra bed.
A compact bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, and sink.
The kitchenette will offer all the necessary equipment to prepare breakfast, full meal or dinner.
For your convenience, an outdoor shower is installed near the cottage. Lovers of barbecue will enjoy a fixed brazier located in the courtyard.
The wonderful beach of Spartia called Klimatsias is perfect for both adults and children. The shallow water smoothly gets into the depths allowing children to safely frolic in the water and adults to enjoy swimming in the clear, azure waters of the Ionian Sea.
The lagoon is framed by rocky shores, from which holiday-makers like to dive. Underneath, rocks form quaint caves, giving pleasure to the lovers of snorkeling.
Nearby, beyond the cape, there is another picturesque Thermanti beach. It surely will conquer all who like to retire on a sandy shore and swim in the incredibly transparent azure waters of the sea.
There are a couple of mini-markets located in the center of Spartia. If you like walking, the road will give you pleasure. Otherwise, we would advise to use a car: it is about 2 km to the store. Or you can order products and goods by phone, delivery is free.
A meters from the villa, there are three taverns, where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
