We welcome you to Kefalonia and would like to ensure that we strictly follow all Cleaning Protocols!

Our a family-run hotel located in a pretty Spartia village, the south-west coast of Kefalonia.

There are lovely studios and 2 bedroom apartments.

By this listing we offer a lovely 2 bedroom apartments: the rooms are decorated in pastel colors and look very nice. Apartments have a well-equipped kitchen corner. A bathroom offers WC and a shower.

You will find 2 single beds in the one of the bedrooms and one double bed in another bedroom. An extra bed can be placed in the living room upon request.

The living room is spacious enough offering a kitchen corner and dining area.

The house is surrounded by a wonderful, well-tended garden, where depending on the season our guests can enjoy oranges, plums, figs, and peaches. For tea, you can always rip a fresh lemon from a tree growing right there.

Fragrant tomatoes from the kitchen garden are above all praise!

We like to indulge our guests with homemade marmalade, eggs from our hens, freshly caught fish, and lovingly cooked hot dish.

We do our utmost to create a friendly, homely atmosphere and share our warmth and cordiality with the guests. We are very happy that people gladly come back here year after year.

There are two wonderful beaches in Spartia. The beach of Termanti is about 700 m away. The main beach of Spartia is about 1 km away. A part of the road goes along the slope, so returning from the beach to the hotel can be somewhat tiresome. It is preferable to have a car allowing you to reach the beach in just 3 minutes.

Down below, you will find three taverns by the sea, where you can have breakfast, supper, and lunch.

The center of Spartia with few shops and taverns is one km away. The products and goods you need can be also ordered by phone - at your disposal on the terrace, there is a land-line telephone, where you can call the mini-market for free. If you are embarrassed to do it yourself, tell us and we will gladly help!

All the nearest beaches - Termanti, Klimatsias, Ema, and Pessada - are incredibly picturesque and original. They can boast of gentle sand, rocky ledges for diving as well as beautiful underwater grottoes.

Spartia is a quiet, small, pretty town. Hotels and villas are mixed here with small houses of local residents, which creates a special atmosphere - incredibly pleasant and warm. Slowly wandering along the evening streets of the town you seem to find yourself in another world - a cozy, hospitable, shrouded silence and the most delicate fragrance of herbs, the sea, and flowering shrubs.
