Watch the sparkling blue Caribbean sea gently lap onto the shore …. marvel at the spectacular sunsets while you sip a cocktail on the balcony … sunbathe, swim and snorkel from the quiet beach just 20 yards away … these are only a few of the delights that await you at Twin Palms, White Sands.

Only a couple of minutes’ walk and you're into the centre of historic Speightstown, with its picturesque buildings, excellent beach bars, restaurants and shops. And further down the luxurious West coast there are yet more beautiful beaches, plus the busy shops and nightlife of Holetown.

Or just relax in our luxurious and comfortable duplex – one of 12 in a small block, with secure, covered parking – with top quality appliances and Caribbean-style furnishings.

This lovely property is a ground and first floor Duplex. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with twin beds. The lounge is also air-conditioned, and is equipped with a SmartTV, DVD, phone and Wireless Internet. It opens onto a private balcony, with two luxury sunbeds, and a 4 seat table overlooking the beach and its wonderful Caribbean sunsets.

Downstairs the kitchen/diner is fully equipped to a very high standard with a large washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc. and includes a further 4-seat dining table. This room opens onto a large foyer with direct access across the road to the beach. There is also rear access from the covered and gated secure car park. A lockable security gate outside the back door allows a lovely breeeze to flow through the apartment, whilst retaining good security.

A 20% non-refundable deposit, payable by cheque or credit card, is required at time of booking, with the balance payable one month before arrival. A security deposit of £250.00 is also required, payable with the balance, and will be returned to you on safe receipt of the keys, and subject to no major damage or breakages.

Top quality linen, and bath & hand towels are all provided, as well as beach towels. There is a weekly maid service - more on request. A housekeeper is also on the site every day, should you need any extra assistance. The phone can be used to make free local calls.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Esther (the owner) a message.

If Esther (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
