Holland Park is set within a small upmarket development on the grounds of the former Colleton Plantation. The property is surrounded on all sides with tropical gardens, and a gorgeous private pool with 10 seater jacuzzi and gazebo bar. Fibre Wifi to keep in touch with those back home !

There are front and rear terraces and all bedrooms lead out on to balconies or terrace.

The ground floor is openplan with living area with comfy sofas , dining area , and well equipped kitchen with washing machine and drier, oven, dishwasher, hob, large fridge/freezer. microwave etc

On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom room with ensuite shower room .

The rear terrace is assessed through the 4th bedroom room ( the terrace can also be accessed from the front of the villa if you dont want to disturb the occupants ) and leads out to a covered gas bbq area, perfect for grilling the catch of the day from the nearby fish market . Large outdoor dining area, leading to pool deck with sunloungers and gazebo bar.

The fabulous private pool with built in jacuzzi ,is perfect for chilling out or a relaxing swim. surrounded by the lush tropical gardens on all sides of the villa.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all have ceiling fans and air conditioning, the master with UK kingsize bed, walk -in dressing room, ensuite bathroom with w.c , shower over bath and twin basins. Large furnished balcony to the front.

The villa is light and airy , and the private pool and jacuzzi a firm favourite with both the children and adults.

The property benefits from views towards Six Men's Bay (which is just a 5 minute stroll away )at the front and a conservation area to the side.

Several restaurants including the well regarded Fishpot and restaurants at the world class Port Ferdinand marina are within easy walk, and supermarkets and beaches restaurants and beachbars within a five minute drive into Speightstown

A great family friendly villa or ideal for sharing would suit families or 2/3 couples

Absolutely fantastic huge villa ,lovely grounds fantastic pool, beds comfortable and spotless.the villa has everything you need ,loads of towels plenty of hot water ,just could not fault it .
