If you are looking for true natural beauty, peace, pleasant climate and privacy, Villa Romansa is the perfect place where you spend your holiday.

This lovely decorated house for 8 people situated less then 5 km away from a highway exit and only 22 km away from Split. The house has peaceful sorroundings where you can feel rural lifestyle with a very friendly neighborhood.

Our house is situated at the bottom of the mountain Mosor, isolated from urban lifestyle. It is far enough from the city but close enough to enjoy all the amenities that a big city offers.

It is a great placy for family vacation or friends with a private heated pool( 28 m2), playground with swings and slides for children and a barbeque.

Enjoy playing football, volleyball,badminton in green area around the house, completely at your disposal or explore surroundings on our bikes which you can also use free of charge. Entire area is perfect for hiking, cycling and fishing or just walk along the river Cetina.

The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-fi and satellite TV, play station 3 with lots of popular games for your kids, Coffee Maker ,indoor fireplace . The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living room , outdoor kitchen and bbq.

The first floor consists three bedrooms with double beds .The bathroom has a shower and a toilet . There is a fully aquipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with convertible sofa.

The second floor consists of one bedroom with a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower , toilet and washing maschine.

Why can't I call Gorjana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gorjana (the owner) a message.

If Gorjana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
