This elegant apartment of 75 sq surface is perfectly situated in a super convenient location at walking distance to all main attractions. It is just a 5 minutes walk from Diocletian's palace as well as from the most popular sand beach Bačvice. The neighborhood is renowned for its excellent bars, restaurants and taverns, modern and traditional.

The apartment has been completely renovated to the highest standard with a modern touch.Its floors are covered with oakwood . It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living space, kitchen and 2 terraces.

The living area combines a lounge, dining space and the kitchen in one seamless space connected with a beautiful terrace (loggia) where you can enjoy a glass of wine or just relax after a stroll through Diocletian's palace or after a day spent on one of the beaches nearby.

Both bedrooms are fully equipped . The master – bedroom has en suites bathroom with a shower. The twin room has its own terrace and separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. In both bedrooms and in the living room there is a cable TV. In the living room there is an additional queen size sofa sleeper. Free Wi Fi provided.

The kitchen is equipped with all cooking facilities necessary for self catering so you can enjoy preparing meals with fresh groceries bought at the local fish market or open air farmer's market located just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The whole apartment is a non smoking area.

How do damage deposits work?
