New apartment in Split only 500 m from the famous beach Znjan. In this prestigious area you can enjoy your summer days! There is a double bed and a double sofa bed.

You will love this cozy accommodation because it has everything you need!

The best things are: spacious balcony perfect for hideing from UV rays during hot hours, beach vicinity, new building and home furnishings.

It has one matrimonial room, kitchen with a dining room and sofa bed for 2, bathroom and balcony.

This is one of the most beautiful areas offering this city. Very safe and comfortable.

Nearby you have all you need.

Supermarket is open all day, it is 200 meters from apartment

Parking place is front of the house free of charge.

Split has nice beaches in the different areas, so we suggest to explore all of them. Znjan beach is one of the top Split's beaches. It is perfect for the families with kids, but also for the couples looking for fun. It is surrounded by bars where you can enjoy during a day and a night. It is possible to rent beach chairs and umbrellas.

For your commodity we recommend you to have a care. If you want to avoid it the bus station is near, and you can go with a bus everywhere.

In 10 minutes by car you will reach the center.

I vantaggi che offre questo bilocale sono: spazioso balcone dove potete nascondervi dei UV raggi durante le ore più calde, godendovi i vostri momenti di relax assoluto, vicinanza della spiaggia, palazzo nuovo e arredamento carino.

É composto da una camera matrimoniale, cucina con angolo cottura e soggiorno con divano letto per due, bagno e balcone.

Quartere é sicuro e comodo per arrivare ovunque. Il supermarket si trova nelle vicinanze.

La spiaggia Znjan é adatta sia per le famiglie con i bambini che per i giovanni alla ricerca del divertimento. É circondata dai bar, dove potete godervi le vostre giornate nonché serate mondane rinfrescandovi con vari cocktails, caffè, gelati ecc. Si possono affitare sdrai e ombrelloni.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maja (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
