A 5 minute walk to Splits most popular beach Žnjan and a 5 minute drive to the center of Split, beautiful and fascinating view of the sea and Croatias islands. This new and modern apartment is the perfect place for your vacation in Split.

BIG & MODERN apartment Kika is one of three apartments in a private house. It's a 70m2 apartment, modernly designed and fully equipped only 500 meters from Splits most famous beach Žnjan.

The apartment has a breathtaking view of the sea and Croatian islands. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with two single beds, one of the rooms has a spectacular view of the sea and the other a balcony with a view of the street. The vast living room is right next to the kitchen, it's fully equipped with a flat TV on the wall that is connected to the interner, a couch that extends to a big bed and a big table for enjoying your meals. Kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and preparing delicious food.

Big balcony is the perfect place to spend you evening drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful view.

Nearest grocery store is 200 meters away and an ATM right next to it, there are a few nice restaurants near including a famous one that serves traditional Dalmatian food as well as excellent pizzas (only cc 400 meters from the apartment). You can also find a lot of coffee shops around, a big playground right in front, spa center and a lot more.

Basically everything you need is in a walking distance of max 10 minutes.

There is a lot of free parking around the house, you can park anywhere you want. The nearest bus station is 150m away, 4 different busses drive through that station and they cover all of Split, so you can get anywhere with one bus without having to change the bus number.

There are no keys but a key card that you use to open the front door as well as the apartment door, like in a hotel. I will welcome you to the apartment, show you around and give you the keycards. I live in the apartment on the first floor of the house so I am there for you at all time, you can message or call me at any time with any questions about the apartment, Split, destinations, restaurants, anything..

Why can't I call Dominik (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dominik (the owner) a message.

If Dominik (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
