After a stressful year of work carried out within the four walls of the office and the town's apartment, the annual leave should be carried out in complete opposition to ordinary everyday life. This spacious, very nicely decorated and well-equipped luxury villa is an excellent opportunity for complete relaxation of the body and spirit in the circle of the closest.

This luxury villa is situated in Kučine.You are in quiet and rural area but only 6km far from the most beautiful town Split with great restaurants, monuments, sand and pabble beaches…....

This house is best option to have your own privacy with very peaceful nature isolated from any commercialization or noise. It's ideal for families or group of friends! Villa is modern decorating house with all necessary modern gadgets like internet, satellite TV, air-condition, central heating …

The house offer four separate bedrooms. In the ground floor there is one bedroom with double bed .On the floor there are three rooms with double bed. Each room has own bathroom , exit to balcony and air condition. .

Kitchen and living room are placed in the ground floor equipped with all necessary gadgets - dish washing machine, coffee maker , microwave oven, bread machine...The entire house has six air condition units, two on the ground floor in the living room with kitchen and one in each room. Thanks to the mountain breeze, nights in summer are much pleasant than in the other places. Outside there is private pool 40 m2, outdoor dinning furniture next to the barbeque, children's playground...

Villa has very quiet surrounding , so you can hear the birds in the morning and see the stars in the evening. The neighbord is very pleasant. Public transport and market for groceries is only 400 meters away. Villa has own free parking space for four cars.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Marin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
