Apartment in the city center, independent, quiet, airy, bright; It has a magnificent terrace, panoramic of over 35 square meters exposed to the East-South-West so a real solarium !; located a few minutes from the most important theatrical spaces, artistic, cultural and the most incredible nature tours of the area. • The apartment is located in a quiet area despite being the central Market Square, the heart of the center button is a few minutes walk; completely renovated, close to Porta Monterone in a very characteristic of the city and close to a free parking and a paid parking accessible to non-residents. • A wonderful panoramic terrace of 35 sqm, facing East-South-West , offers an incredible view of the old town and the Spoleto and nature invites guests to relax in the sun. During the Festival of Two Worlds, the Campo di Fiori terrace is an ideal and unique place from which to watch the famous fireworks! • comfortable entrance, 2nd floor, 22 steps in all. A small hallway leads into the room, where seats are two comfortable sofas (one of which is the pull-out double bed), a flat-screen TV and a radio. In the kitchen area there is a large table with four chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, oven, stove, sink, utensils, french press, boiler and coffee maker. The bedroom is large, about 16 sqm., With double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, exposed beams; bathroom well equipped with toilet, bidet, shower, sink, towels and washing machine available to guests. The apartment is about 50 square meters and was completely renovated. We are available to guests, in welcoming and provide them with all the information and instructions they need; unless sudden and unavoidable commitments, we are available during the entire period of their stay with us. Bed linen and towels will be replaced by us every week: the service is included in the price. A few minutes walk from the characteristic Piazza del Mercato where you will find shops for your needs (bars, groceries, restaurants, wine bars, pizzerias). Also minutes from the Duomo square and all the major monuments of the historic center. Just minutes from beautiful walks, such as the renowned "Giro della Rocca" a pleasant location with views across the valley of Spoleto, one of the most beautiful in Italy. It 'not far from the "Ponte delle Torri", charming and majestic thirteenth century aqueduct and wonderful trails appreciated by lovers of trekking and cycling (via Francigena, the CAI paths, mountain bike trails). The apartment is easily accessible from the train station by public bus. Also, very convenient public parking nearby, served by escalators or Treadmill, allow you to move easily in all directions.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Giovanni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
