Bay Tree is a luxury villa furnished to the highest standards and nestled on half an acre of tropical gardens in the hills of Spring Estate with fabulous ocean views. Offering peace and tranquility, whilst also being only a 15 minute drive from the islands best beaches and 10 minute drive from the bustling harbour with a variety of Bars and Restaurants.

The Villa offers a variety of outdoor spaces from the pool and sun terrace to the covered shade decks and BBQ patio. Beautiful and comfortable outdoor sun loungers and deep seating furniture on the deck in which to relax.

Bedroom suites - Two king size master suites on either side of the open plan living/ kitchen. Both bedroom suites are fully screened with views over the pool and ocean allowing in the tropical breezes. One bedroom suite has a large king size 4 poster bed and a separate dressing room and en suite bathroom with large stone shower. Second bedroom suite also with a king size bed (which can be split into twin beds on request) walk in closet and en suite bathroom. Both have high powered remote control ceiling fans.

Living Area - is open plan to the dining room and kitchen with 14ft doors leading to the covered deck for dining or just relaxing. The Living area contains Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV with cable, Bluetooth speaker to connect to your iPod etc.

Kitchen - leads out to a secluded patio with dining for 6 and a BBQ grill. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker, double oven and gas hob.

The villa also has a fitness room for guests to enjoy which includes free weights, an elliptical machine, a floor mat and multi gym.

A pool suite is available for those seeking an additional bedroom, please contact for details. Please note it will not be rented separately to other guests during your stay - thus ensuring your privacy.

For those guests that seek activity there is plenty on offer from diving, snorkeling, fishing, tennis, hiking, sailing or day trips to nearby islands. Spa services can also be arranged at the villa.

Vehicle rental is also available on request.

Why can't I call Suzanne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Suzanne (the owner) a message.

If Suzanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
