From the owner

The studio is located in Quartier Saint Catherine, the historic centre of the old fishing port of Honfleur. Just a short stroll away from the Vieux Bassin and its many bars and restaurants, it is also well placed for shopping and for visiting the town's museums and galleries.

On arrival you pass through the entrance hall of my house to discover the studio tucked away at the end of a courtyard garden. The only sounds you will hear are the singing of the birds at dawn and their early evening chatter.

A modern spacious room with high ceilings, it has a private shower room and a small kitchen area equipped with a microwave oven, fridge & cinduction hob for preparing light meals.There is a comfortable king size bed and a sitting area with armchairs, tv and dvd player. A single bed can be added for a third adult or child at additional cost . A baby cot is available free of charge.

Doors open onto a small private terrace, ideal for taking breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. Guests are welcome to use my garden.

The studio is self catering.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided as are tea and coffee, shower gel and shampoo.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynne (the owner) a message.

If Lynne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
