From the owner

The Cornstore is a beautiful, fully modernised 4* Welsh cottage in the idylic private Ivy Tower Village in St. Florence. Solid wood flooring, leather suite, comfortable beds, fully equipped modern kitchen and downstairs bathroom, flatscreen TV and DVD all make your stay luxurious and easy. Conservatory dining area is relaxing and pretty. As one of 19 cottages making up Ivy Tower Village, you will have access to the many prvate facilities of the village and enjoy the surrounding area. You may use the lovely warm indoor pool we share with the other cottages at your own risk. A disclaimer is needed to be signed before the pool access code is issued.

Please be aware that there is external lighting and a step to enter the cottage, after which all downstairs is on 1 level. Please be careful on entry/exit to the cottage. The bedrooms are up 1 flight of stairs and doorways are not extra wide. The bathroom is downstairs and has a bath grab rail and non-slip bath mat.

Please note that the hot water is very hot. This is especially important when using the bath which does not have a mixer tap. If you always use the shower on the ECO setting, it regulates the temp comfortably.

Please do not hang anything on the heaters, other than the towel rail in the bathroom.

Please familiarise yourselves with the fire plan displayed in the entrance hall and risk assessment left in red packaging in the cottage. No candles or ignitible products are permitted in the cottage.

pool was good , however alot of tec problems booking hope it is now sorted cottage comptete with what was needed pleasant village people /staff friendly and helpful

Good- st florence is a lovely village and the location for a lot of what's local is great. Tenby is only a short drive. There is a local shop and the staff are great. The parsonage inn , a little… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If STELLA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
